Our upstream cloud provider is still performing weekend maintenance this morning, and thus we've rescheduled to an alternative maintenance window at 10pm this evening. Pending any changes to their schedule, our backup maintenance window will be 5am Sunday Sept 1.

Our upstream cloud provider is performing planned maintenance that is taking longer than anticipated. This pushes back our start time. We will continue to monitor their progress, but have rescheduled our start to 10am Central. If their maintenance takes longer than anticipated, we will update you with another off peak time this weekend to complete our planned maintenance. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We will be performing maintenance on our back-end database on Saturday, August 31 starting at 9:00 AM Central Time (Chicago). The OrangeQC Management Portal application and API will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours while we perform maintenance on our back-end database.
Native mobile apps will continue to work like normal, in offline mode. Email alerts will be sent after the maintenance is complete.
